The new MB facility in town is a true show case of Mercedes excellence. My service experience was outstanding. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me seamlessly. Waited in the well appointed and comfortable waiting area. Maintenance work was done efficiently and effectively for a reasonable price. They topped it off by arranging for a "technology tutor" to help me better use the navigation system A+ all around.
